Christmas kisses and birthday wishes

It’s Christmas! The time for curling up on the sofa with that new video game from Santa, poring through the Steam catalogue for bargains (as if your backlog wasn’t big enough), having one hand on the controller while the other is in the chocolate box – and even roping your mum into having a go at an FPS after she’s had a sherry or two.

Ben and I would like to take this festive opportunity to wish everyone out there a very merry Christmas and a happy New Year. We hope you have a lovely day and find everything you wished for waiting under the tree; and may 2018 be filled with plenty of happiness, love, laughter and amazing video games.

It’s a double celebration for us at Later Levels as our blog came to life a year ago today. The past 12 months have been an awesome experience: we’ve had the pleasure of meeting some incredibly talented bloggers, the opportunity to get involved in wonderful collaborations with them, and are proud to call them friends.

We couldn’t have done it without your support and for that, we’re more grateful than you can imagine. If you lot were video games, you’d all be classics with a five-star rating.

The Secret of Monkey Island, video game, Guybrush, lookout, pirate, Christmas, Santa

Thank you from the bottom of our hearts, and merry Christmas – from Ben and Kim   â

PS: you know we asked you guys to bring along festive tunes to the blog party earlier this month? Enjoy!
