Gamers blog party: autumn 2018 invitation
The nights are starting to get darker, the air is turning cooler, and we’re beginning to reach for the bigger jumpers in the back of the wardrobe. Let’s celebrate the end of summer and the start of autumn with another blog party: set yourself up for a great week by getting to know the awesome writers around you and reading their finest posts.
The rules are simple:
🎉 Arrive at the party: don’t be shy and stand in the corner – say hello and introduce yourself in the comments below! Give an introduction to your blog to welcome new readers and let us know what you’re all about.
🎉 Present your gift: think about the posts you’ve written during the past three months and choose your favourite or one which was fun to write. Leave a link to it in your comment and explain why you’ve picked it.
🎉 More games please: so many video games yet nothing to play! Help me find some new titles to pique my interest by telling everyone what you’re playing right now and the upcoming release you’re most looking forward to.
🎉 Mingle: grab yourself a drink, make your way over to the sofa, pick up a controller and get to know your fellow guests! Check back on the comments throughout the day to discover excellent sites and meet new bloggers.
🎉 Party all day: the comments below will be open for 24-hours until 06:00 BST on Tuesday, 18 September 2018 so you’ve got plenty of time to meet and greet. Plus your posts will be shared on the Later Levels’ social media channels!
These blog party events are my way of giving something back to the amazing WordPress community and showing my appreciation for all of your support. I’ve had the opportunity to meet some lovely people and talented writers over the past couple of years; here’s a little thank you and a way of finding some awesome blogs you may not have come across already.
The record number of posts shared in a single event still stands at 28; can we beat that time time around? Enjoy – and excuse while I go find some more batteries for the controllers!
PS: fancy being a star blogger and setting the next Question of the Month challenge for the community in October? Then please get in touch!

Hello, nice party, love the decorations. Very…retro.
I’m Alex, blogging honourably under the banners of storytelling and satire. Here’s a video game related post that in a new category of mine: http://mcwritestuff.com/2018/09/14/dear-video-games-final-fantasy-xv-review/
As for what I’m playing right now: Yet again The Witcher 3 has sucked me in. I am enjoying the Blood and Wine expansion. I also act as an advisor to my girlfriend who has finally come around to play The Witcher as well. Witcher, Witcher, Witcher, ok, fine, there’s other games, too. I know. I WANT to play Death Stranding soooo bad, but it’s not even close to be out. But that’s what I’m most excited about.
Did I forget anything?

Wooo our first autumn blog party guest! 😀
When I first met my other-half several years ago, all he could talk about in terms of video games was The Witcher so you’re in good company here ha ha! How’s your girlfriend getting on with it?

A little late to the party, but The Witcher ALL the way! Just finished my fourth playthrough and can officially say I think I’m done. Just finished Nier Automata and ploughing through my back catalogue once more. Witcher has certainly eaten into a lot of my time 😂

My gift to you and especially you Kim since you were asking for new games, is my newest “feature”: update posts. https://uponcompletion.wordpress.com/2018/09/05/khinjarsi-korner-issue-1/
Hopefully you may find something on there Kim.
For everyone else there’s pizza on order which will hopefully arrive in a sensible amount of time.
I’m going to grab coffee and hog the tv for a while.

Oh no… I’m so sad to hear that Reus and The Sexy Brutale didn’t live up to expectations. I’ve had my eye on the former for a while and the latter is sitting in my Steam library. 😦
Still… at least there’s always The Elder Scrolls online!

I recommend having a go, especially with brutale because it seems to be generally liked. It just didn’t gel with me. Hoping that I’ve qualified for the hollowjack boxes this week on ESO.

Hello! I’m Luke from over at Hundstrasse.com . I blog about games in a sort of rambling kind of way… Often without much of a point. As always thanks for throwing this excellent party – that is an epic cheese and pineapple hedgehog!
So I’ve brought along a retro tale about Postman Pat’s nightmare on Atari ST.
https://hundstrasse.com/2018/07/05/postman-pat-on-atari-st-hell-on-earth/
As far as currently playing goes, I’m actually between games. I’ve just finished replaying Metal Gear Solid on PS1, and also Torn in VR.
How’s everyone doing?

Trust you to make an entrance Luke! And damn, I feel old now… LA Lights and Postman Pat…
Ooh now Torn looks interesting. We’ve been on the hunt for some VR games which are more to our taste (ie not party or horror titles). How are you finding it?

I think light up shoes went the same way as cowls and capes. Since I’m all about capes you better stick to the shoes

Torn is a bit of a mixed bag. Environments look nice and it has that mysterious and slightly sinister vibe (although it’s not a horror). I’m not entirely sold on the plot (I’ve played things with similar plots that do it better).
The main game mechanic (and I don’t think this is spoiling because you’re introduced to it early on) involves moving random objects around the rooms to connect up circuits in the walls. it’s… Fine… I guess, but aside from a few minor variations it’s a case of look for the right object and put it into the right place over and over again. The big problem is that with moving all these objects around in a room there’s often a lot of things doing that slightly glitchy juddering and bumping off/into/through other objects. The whole place feels very cluttered.
Overall it’s also quite short and I don’t really think it’s worth the money sadly. ☹️

I was kind of hoping you were going to say Torn was great… I had a quick look at the game on Steam and the storyline sounded pretty cool. 😦
Have you tried The Assembly? My other-half and I really enjoyed that one – we need more like this.

There’s a lot of atmosphere there to enjoy, and maybe I just wasn’t in the right mood for the plot… Or maybe just not enough dinosaurs…
Haven’t tried the assembly yet, but I’ve been intrigued by it. Might have to try it if it’s on your recommendation list.

Hello, party people! I’m Chris, and I spend a lot of time thinking too hard about stuff so I figured why not write about some of that stuff? The result is a blog that’s been fairly quiet as of late, because all my effort has gone into creating the post I’ve brought with me today:
https://overthinkeryblog.com/2018/09/10/master-xehanort-in-blogger-blitz-round-2-breaking-the-broker/
This was my semifinal entry for Adventure Rules’s Blogger Blitz event (if you don’t know about this, you should really go and find out about it!), and although I lost to GitGudAtLife I had a lot of fun and no regrets!
Currently I’m playing Kingdom Hearts 2 (the PS4 version, going for the platinum trophy), but that’s pretty much the constant state of affairs and therefore not really news, so… my other half and I are currently slinging and swinging around New York in Spider-Man, and I’m also playing the first two Danganronpa games on Steam. Very much looking forward to the Spyro Reignited Trilogy!
Have fun, everyone..!

I’m ashamed to admit I’ve never played a Kingdom Hearts game. I know, I know… I’ll go hang my head in shame now.
How are you finding the Spider Man game? The stepkid was watching a few videos on it over the weekend and I think he’s kind of tempted, so if he makes a purchase with his pocket-money we’ll all get roped into playing it!

I’m enjoying it a lot! My favourite superhero game of all time is Treyarch’s Spider-Man 2 for PS2 (back in 2006 or something like that), which just captured the feeling of swinging around the city so well that I literally just did that for hours, didn’t even complete any quests or anything. This is about the closest to that I’ve found, and it’s very smooth and good-looking!

Ooh ok, now that sounds interesting; who hasn’t ever wanted to be Spider-Man and swing through the rooftops? Time to get on the lycra.

Hi everyone, you’re all looking rather snazzy! This place is really jumping!
I’m Pix1001 and I write for a blog called Shoot the Rookie which is supposed to be about me being rubbish at video games but mostly isn’t.
Seeing Khinjarsi’s post which includes some thoughts on The Sexy Brutale has inspired me to share my recent article about the same game. It was my first attempt at doing a slightly more formal almost review type thing: https://shoottherookie.com/2018/09/04/the-rookie-plays-the-sexy-brutale/
I have a looooong list of games that are on my ‘now playing’ list, but mostly I’m playing Persona 5 – enjoying it so far although wow is it dark!! There are a few upcoming games on my horizon including the Spyro Reignited series as well as Torna: The Golden Country which came out on Friday. The game I am most excited about though has to be Untitled Goose Game!
Looking forward to meeting some awesome people today 🙂

Good morning, everyone! I’m Ian Shepard, the executive producer, creative director, head writer, lead artist, and social media manager for the gaming blog Adventure Rules! As is normal for me with these things, I’ll have to pop in and drop off my post now and then get around to reading everyone else’s posts late tonight when I’m home from work. But hey, I’m excited to contribute to the first blog party to break 30 submissions! The game I am currently playing is Animal Crossing: New Leaf, which I’m playing for my second first time after hearing the announcement for a Switch title coming to the series in 2019. The game I am most looking forward to right now, though, is probably Super Mario Party, an amazing game for circumstances just like this one that I hope will add a lot of excitement to my monthly game nights.
Since Kim is looking for game recommendations, I figure the best post I can share is this impromptu review I wrote of the Mega Man 11 demo: https://adventurerules.blog/2018/09/06/mega-man-11-demo-impressions/ ! I had a lot of fun with the demo and just as much fun throwing this review together – as soon as I put the game down, inspiration struck and within an hour this was posted on Adventure Rules. It was fun to reminisce about old times and the way that Mega Man 11 took me back while also feeling like a fresh take on the series left me feeling quite positive about the game. It comes out in October (so quite soon) and will be available on multiple platforms, so those who don’t have a Switch (my normal console of discussion) can still get in on the fun with this one.
Kim, thanks for hosting this! The place looks lovely after the redesign and it seems like the party is starting off strong.

Game I’m currently playing is switching between Fallout 4 and Spiderman.
Spiderman cause of it being released recently and well it’s awesome and Fallout cause of the BETA for Fallout 76 coming out in 2 weeks!
But the game I would suggest for playing or looking forward to would be Red Dead Redemption 2 the previous one was pretty good so to see what’s on the table with this one will be great!
I would also recommend LEGO Marvel super heroes 2 as me and the Wife have had fun playing it together in our spare time.
Once again thanks for hosting this Kim the party is great and full of new people to browse and once again I’ve bought the Pringles and Jack Daniels!!

I’m bringing you one of our Geekly Reviews because it gives a pretty good overview of both what we’re currently playing and the kinds of games we like to play. https://geeksleeprinserepeat.com/2018/09/11/geekly-review-248/
We mostly play video games but we do also do board games too! So stick around if you like that sort of thing.
At the moment I’m playing SCUM – an online survival game. Destiny 2 Forsaken. And I’m making my way through a lovely little puzzle game called The Gardens Between – more on that this week!
And I’m going to EGX this week, so say hi if you’re going!

Hey all, I’m Gary from Art of Redress….for now. I’ve decided to make a change in the future, hopefully I’ll be ready for the start of October. I’ve been trying to write about games, wrestling, films and music but I feel I’ve overstretched myself, plus there are loads of other changes I want to make. I want to continue blogging but I want to simplify things too.
Here is a post I did a while back about getting the original Xbox should you care to read about a man so deluded, he thinks he can lift up an Xbox…
https://artofredress.wordpress.com/2018/08/14/recollections-of-a-retro-collector-pt-5/
I’d recommend the Buffy game from the Xbox if you need a game to play – bit Tomb Raider, but close to the original Buffy TV show.

Ooh upcoming changes huh… now that sounds intriguing! Sometimes you need a bit of an overhaul to clear our the cobwebs and reset direction – I did the same recently and feel as though I’m more on track. Good luck with everything you have planned! 🙂
I think my other-half has still go his original Xbox in the loft somewhere, so I might have to find a copy of Buffy and dig it out…

Yeah, a reset is definitely needed. Thanks for the good luck wishes!
I recommend that trip of the loft – that Buffy game is really good, above the usual licensed game fodder. Shame it won’t get released again

To be honest, I didn’t even realise there was a Buffy game. The other-half and stepkid will be going to a retro gaming market next month; unfortunately I won’t be around to attend with them, so I’ll have to send them hunting for a copy on my behalf.

Blog party time is my favorite! It’s autumn, so this time I decided to bring with me my “award-winning” delicious pumpkin chili, or chili con carne as it’s known in some geographic regions. It’s a classic dish in St. Louis, but I’ve never met anyone who doesn’t like it when they give it a shot. I also brought a veggie pumpkin chili, which I make for Nikki sometimes and think is just as good, but it strangely hasn’t won any awards. 😀
Anyway, I’m Matt, and I run the blog Normal Happenings! We are about appreciating everyday life, and as such can be very very optimistic. On that note, I think you’d enjoy a recent blog post of mine called “I Am a Polyanna: Personal Positivity in the Face of Societal Negativity:” https://normalhappenings.com/2018/09/12/i-am-a-pollyanna-personal-positivity-in-the-face-of-societal-negativity/
Our game-talk seems to be at the intersection where video games meet real life. On that premise I’ve rounded up 35 amazing bloggers, Kim included, for a big collaboration called The Games That Define Us. I’ve seen some of the amazing work already submitted, so please keep an eye out each day in November. It’s going to be amazing!

Hello everyone! *waves* I bring cake.
I blog about games funnily enough and touch on some real life stuff. I plan to stretch into some other geeky territory as my site was meant to be about games and life as a gamer and such related things. Of course none of these posts are written but hey that’s what the future is for right?
Anyway, aside from cake I also bring a blog post here about the best and worst of Crash. https://thegamingdiaries.wordpress.com/2018/08/22/the-best-and-worst-of-crash/
In terms of games I’m playing Crash Bandicoot N-sane Trilogy in tiny bits so I don’t get too annoyed at myself for dying for the umpteenth time, Picross S2 and Yakuza 0. Though there are so many that I want to play… I need a time machine/time turner. Really looking forward to Spyro being released as well.

Hello everyone! I’m Brandon from That Green Dude. I write about video games, primarily Japanese and niche video games but I cover them all. I’ll sometimes write about Martial Arts movies and Asian Cinema as there are many fantastic films in those genres that underrated and in some cases unheard of.
Last week Sega announced a new game called Project Judge and they also released a demo for it. The demo is only available on the Japanese PS store, so you’ll need a Japanese PlayStation account to play the demo. Luckily I have a Japanese account so I downloaded the demo and played. I wrote about the demo because it has the potential to be one of my favourite games, it combines investigative detective work with hard-hitting action.
Here are my impressions: “After playing the Project Judge demo I was left thinking, Sega could have another hit on their hands”. https://thatgreendude.com/2018/09/15/project-judge-demo-impressions/
I’ve been playing several games lately, Tekken 7, Final Fantasy XV, Dino Crisis 2 (for what could possibly be the 100th time) and Yakuza Kiwami 2. I’m about to do Yakuza Kiwami 2 on Legend difficulty before I do my review of it, which I’m hoping to post early October.
Also if there are any bloggers who are playing the Kingdom Hearts games in preparation of Kingdom Hearts 3, don’t hesitate to message me. I’ve got a truck full of tips and tricks, especially for Kingdom Hearts 1 and 2.

KH BBS is a huge game. I like BBS, my third favourite behind 1 and 2. It’s an essential part of the story so it can’t be missed. Thunder Surge is a bit busted in BBS, quite reliable to lean on if you’re struggling in battle as it has good damage properties and radius.
Also the play order for BBS is Terra, Ventus, Aqua. Do them out of order and there will be a few spoilers. 🙂
LikeLiked by 2 people
The order I need to play in is the reason I can’t get into the game. I hate playing as Terra, he’s so slow and tanky. I don’t know, I decided to play this game on critical because I loved my critical run on Kingdom Hearts 2, but I’m wondering if I should restart on easy just to get through the game quickly for story purposes if I’m not enjoying it.

I’d do BBS on normal first just to get used with the combat. It’s a really cool and deep combat system but it is very different to the gameplay found in the numbered games.

There seems to be a theme at this blog party with Final Fantasy, Yakuza and Kingdom Hearts getting multiple mentions. I’m so out of the loop – I can’t seem to get into the first and haven’t yet tried the second and third! 😳
Still, I may get a chance to try out Kingdom Hearts at EGX this week. It’s such a shame I’m going to miss you there!

I’d go to KH3 first, the queue for that is going to be massive. The 1.5 + 2.5 collection on PS4 is a great way to start. I’ve been waiting for Kingdom Hearts 3 for over 10 years now, I am incredibly hyped for it.
As for Yakuza start with Yakuza 0 which recently got reduced to £20. You can get that on PS4 or PC.
For Final Fantasy, pick any number and play it. My favourites are FF6, 7, 8, 10 and 15.
It’s a shame that I won’t be able to see you at EGX but I hope you have a good time and enjoy the games on the show floor 🙂

I think if I made a list of every single game I wanted to play right now, that list would be at least three year’s worth of games!

We publish daily, and we’ve got some exciting stuff going up this week, including two interviews with upcoming indie game developers. We love highlighting little-known games and spreading the love 🙂
Speaking of games we’d love to spread the word about, we’re obsessed with the tactical RPG series, Divinity. Here’s our post about the first game: couchbandits.com/2018/08/31/divinity-original-sin-hits-the-rpg-sweetspot/
And we’re streaming our playthrough of the sequel on Twitch. As for other things we’re playing right now, we’ve been spending a lot of time with Octopath Traveler, Spider-Man PS4, Dragon Quest XI, and The Messenger. As you can tell, we’re big RPG fans.
Anyway, if you’re interested in collaborating, don’t hesitate to reach out. We love games and want to share that passion with everyone at the party!

I’ve never gotten to play the first Divinity but I have played quite a bit of the second Divinity on Steam. Our group kind of fell apart before we finished so this is a great reminder to get back to it!

It’s so good! And there’s so many different ways the story can go; definitely worth starting up another playthrough 🙂

Hopefully I can find someone who wants to play. I’ve found it’s much more fun to play with someone.

Definitely—I’ve been playing with two friends and it’s been a blast (sometimes literally…there’s been a lot of fire and failure in our playthrough lol)

There was always so much fire when we played. In fact, it was easy to bet on who would catch on fire or cause the fire!

Haha yep…so much fire all the time!! I won’t lie, it makes for some hilarious moments when someone accidentally sets the battlefield ablaze.

Ooh yeah, I’m always up for a collaboration! Let me know if you ever have a project on the go and I’ll make sure it’s included in the page (https://laterlevels.com/campaigns-and-quests/). 😀
It sounds like you guys have a lot going on at the moment and many exciting things coming up. Welcome to the community and your first blog party – hopefully you’ll get to know some other awesome people around here!

I’m having a proud geeky dad moment here, my 3 and a half year old has started watching Pokémon on Netflix. We’re currently watching the squirtle squad episode.
I’ll let you all get back to the party. 😂

Hello, my name is Daniel and I’m a video game addict.
Wait…wrong party.
Hi my name is Daniel and I’m the founder, editor, and only writer of Home Button. My goal is to share my view on gaming with a like minded community of people who get along, and tossing out all that fanboy nonsense; so basically all of you.
This is one of my recent articles that is a decent read: https://homebuttongaming.wordpress.com/2018/08/17/crossplay-the-future-of-an-industry/
But if you really want to get a sense of my taste in gaming you can look at this: https://homebuttongaming.wordpress.com/2018/07/27/my-top-ten-videogame-music-tracks/
As for what I’ve been playing, I just finished the campaign of Spider-Man and plan on earning that sweet, sweet Platinum later this upcoming weekend. I’m so very stoked to play Assassin’s Creed Odyssey early next month, but am almost as excited for my biggest surprise of E3, Starlink. What? Yes, of course I’ll be playing the Switch version with Fox McCloud, what a silly question.
Oh, and my hype for Smash is so sharpened at this point you could cut various cheeses and meats on it.
Thanks for my invite to the party, I have next on Smash.

You made it, hi Daniel! I think it’s safe to say you’re in good company here with the rest of us addicts. 😉
That’s a few mentions of Spider-Man now and I have to confess, I’ve not even watched the trailer. I have a feeling the stepkid is going to ask us to take him out next weekend so he buy it with his pocket-money though so no doubt we’ll get roped into playing it very soon ha ha!

I certainly do: I love the kind of games where you can just run and see what you can find. They can be tricky fitting in around adult stuff sometimes though; has it been easy enough to dip in and out of?

That is what I like most about it, if I want to sink hours ar a time into it running story missions I can, but if I only have 20 minutes I can just swing around stopping crimes or unlocking things.

Ooh ok, it sounds as though this could be a good one for us to fit with the stepson around family stuff then. Thanks for the tip! 🙂

Hello everyone! I’m fashionably late to the party, but I brought some ice!
My name is Eduardo and I’ve recently started a site called Random Select. Nice to meet everyone!
One of my favorite posts so far has been the one I wrote on tackling that pesky backlog:
http://random-select.com/2018/09/14/tackling-gaming-backlog/
Right now I’m playing Hollow Knight on the Switch and Fallout 4 on PS4. The former is a hauntingly beautiful, challenging and immersive game, that pulls me back like few games have ever done. The latter is a massive adventure that I just love, especially the whole building aspect of it. Both of them are very much recommended, and I’m looking forward to reviewing them soon.
Hope everyone’s having a good time!

Well hello there Eduardo, it’s lovely to have you here! 👋
Seriously, will you people stop turning up at this blog party and mentioning Fallout 4 so I feel even guiltier about not having yet played it please (joking!)? Fallout 76 has been all my other-half has talked about recently so I really need to start getting up to speed…

Haha, I know the feeling! That’s kind of how I got started with it, too! I won’t say any more good things about it for now, I’m sure you’ll get to it when you get a chance…as for me, who knows where I’ll find the time to play Fallout 5 through 75 before Fallout 76 comes out!

That’s the problem with long-running franchises, isn’t it? They can be pretty daunting to get into! I’d love to go back to the original Fallout and play the series right from the beginning, but that’s so many hours right there…

Hi Everyone, think it’s been a little while since I was last came to the party! Don’t worry I’ve brought the Harry Potter Drinking Game for us all to play.
I’m Matt creator of ClanGeek, my blog is a mixing pot of Gaming, DnD and other geeky topics with some real life stuff thrown in for good measure.
Recently I’ve been playing The Walking Dead Final Season and OMG it is amazing. And honestly I’m not 100% how well I will cope if Telltale harm Clementine in any way. I think I may have to stop playing it right now before any harm comes to her (that’s how it works right?).
As a gift I’ve brought my post on Accents in Gaming. I’m a big fan of representation in gaming and there’s more to Britain than the Queen and the cockney accent so I hope my gift will give you an insight! I also think my gift may help you to understand what I’m saying at the party for those not from Northern England! https://clangeek.blog/2018/08/01/accents-in-games/
Either way glad to be here and see so many amazing bloggers. Also I can’t remember if I’ve said this before but a huge thanks for LaterLevels for hosting. I hope we don’t leave you with too big a mess at the end of the night!

You can always judge how good a party has been by the mess left afterwards, right? 😉
As someone who has an Essex accent and hates to admit it, I’m very pleased to read that it was not once mentioned in your post! 😂

True enough the mess you wake up to the next day is a good judgement of how well the party went!
I completely forgot to mention southern accents! I don’t know how. Personally I think an Essex protagonist would be amazing I can see it now 🙂

If any developers are reading this and decide to follow up on Matt’s idea: I’m available for voice-acting at very reasonable rates (ie tea and chocolate biscuits).

And if any developers are reading and need an accent that is vaguely Scottish, kinda welsh and with a hint of Irish then my Cumbrian accent will suite and my rates are just as reasonable a cuppa and a packet of XL Cheese Crisps the crisp of choice for us Cumbrians 😂

Hello there, NekoJonez here. From these who don’t know me yet; I’m a hobbyist retro/modern game reviewer. On my blog, I take you on a journey through all the games I have played since I was a little child till today. Here and there, I share my opinions on blogging related or subjects related to the gaming industry. Currently, I’m 25 years old and I live in Belgium.
Besides blogging, I act in a folk/amateur theater group, studying for my bachelor computer science degree, I’m a godfather, I work full time and I collect retro games.
I love playing games. Anything from casual to hardcore games. I even love those niche games that don’t get a lot of attention. Anyways, I love meeting new bloggers. If we haven’t connected on Discord, Twitter or on FB, feel free to do so. I love helping bloggers and giving feedback and things like that. Or just hanging out with them for a casual chat.

So, if you want game recommendations… What styles do you want? I can give you quite a lot.

Well hello there, my favourite feline friend! 🐱

Am I late to the party?!
Haven’t been to one of these in a long while! So hello! I am Michelle, I write for A Geek Girl’s Guide and I cover all sorts of geeky topics, but a lot of it is gaming. I am a big board game fan but also enjoy video games and mobile games. In fact, my post to share is a look at a mobile game I came across called Identity V (the V is 5 as a fyi). Here it is if you want a peek. https://ageekgirlsguide.com/2018/08/24/first-look-identity-v/
I brought Dr Pepper if anyone wants some. It’s my favorite!

Hey Michelle, glad you could make it!
Here’s question for you: are there any board games you’d recommend for someone who hasn’t really played board games before? Every time my other-half and I go to a convention we stop by the relevant stands and feel as though we should get involved, but don’t feel as though we know enough! 🙂

So many! Ticket to Ride is a very popular gateway game and is one of my favorites as well. That would be my top pick for a starting game into the board game sphere.

Ah ok, now this is one I’ve actually heard of but don’t know anything about. We’re going to an expo this week so I’ll make sure I keep an eye open for it. Thanks for the tip!

Ah yes, a fellow Dr. Pepper fan.
I really need to get into more mobile games. I always just take a look at the storefront and sort of freak out over how many choices there are because I’m unfamiliar with the gaming landscape there. Maybe I’ll hunt down a “mobile gaming for dummies” post or something sometime 😛

I have mostly playing Super Mario World and a game called UN squadron on my Hyperkin Supaboy S. It’s a portable handheld Super Nintendo which is rechargable, plays pal and NTSC cart’s. The best part is you can plug it in to a TV via an av cable and use original SNES controller’s on it. Very handy when you’re shopping for games and you want to see if it works.

What’s happening good folks! It’s your boy TWOTALL4UFOOL! Or simply 2TALL (or Justin)! Whatever you wanna call me. You know blogging live to you and yours! Just want to say what’s up to everyone out there. In case you don’t know I run the blog TWOTALL4UFOOL’s Gaming & More. I recently changed the name. I brought a couple things with me like Kim asked. So here we go.
Games: If you have a PS4 you need to get Spider-Man. It’s the hottest thing out right now. Excellent game. Hadn’t played it in a few days since I had been extremely busy but I hope to be playing again tonight!
Blog Post: https://twotall4ufool.com/2018/08/24/is-super-smash-bros-ultimate-being-overhyped/ It’s me ranting about if Super Smash Bros. Ultimate is being overhyped (which it is).
If you want to read more great content check your boy out at http://www.twotall4ufool.com . In the mean time I’m going to grab my 8Bitdo controller and a Dos Equis sit back, game on and mingle.

Wow, that’s a lot of people. Hi everyone. I think I follow some of you already, I see I may need to expand to include a lot more. I’m Marathal, been around the Warcraft blogging area of the internet for many years, I have had a few previous blogs that fell by the way side, but managed to save many posts and included them in the one I have been using for awhile now Deez Wurds.
So I was thinking on what blog post to share, and I chose one from back in June that seemed to get quite a bit of traffic. Hope you enjoy, and thanks for taking a few minutes to read it.
